Mr. Hopkins was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2002. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hopkins was a Briefing Attorney for the Thirteenth Court of Appeals in Edinburg, Texas. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Mr. Hopkins primarily practices in the areas of banking and appellate law.
